For over 20 years, the name Stonor Recruitment has been known for it's excellence in permanent recruitment.

Founded by industry stalwart David Carroll after selling Read Carroll Ltd to Hays in 1998 the consultancy has branched out into multiple sectors including Marketing & PR,Creative, Legal, Digital & Tech,Data & Insight, Sales and most recently Medical. The culture is based on core values of trust, honesty and fairness which translate to fast, friendly, transparent service for clients and job seekers.

Despite everything that's happened since the Covid-19 pandemic, Stonor has remained resilient and worked hard to help clients and job seekers navigate what has been a very challenging time.

Stonor reported a massive uplift in hiring across all sectors and do not envisage this changing as businesses, the healthcare sector and people's confidence grows.

Situated in the heart of England in Northampton, a town famous for it's Shoes, Leather, The Grand Prix, Francis Crick (one of the men who discovered DNA), Rugby and Alan Carr! Stonor Medical launched in September 2021 offering both temporary and permanent recruitment specialising in the provision of medical staff including Doctors, Nurses and AHP's to both the NHS and private sector across the UK.

David, fondly known as the 'Godfather of Recruitment' still takes an active role across the companies and can still be found working tirelessly in both the Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire offices.
