Salary: £53,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a Deputy Theatre Manager to join a fantastic private hospital in London.

As a Deputy Theatre Manager you will help the Theatre Manager to continue to provide a high standard of safe patient care during the pre, peri and post-operative phase of a surgical patient’s care within the Hospital.

The Deputy Theatre Manager will be responsible for supporting the Theatre Manager to effect change within the department, to lead on and facilitate projects to ensure the Hospital has an effective, competent and efficient workforce, achieves good theatre utilisation and embraces patient safety and quality initiatives.

Requirements:
• Have a valid NMC or HCPC code with no restrictions.
• Recognised post registration course relevant to Theatres.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Nursing / Healthcare.
• Some previous management experience.
• Substantial level of pre-operative knowledge and skills.
• Strict adherence to national guidelines.
